The Academy may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI"), automation technologies, and virtual assistants, including Coach T, to support educational delivery, scheduling, customer service, communications, workflow automation, participant engagement, and other administrative functions.

AI-assisted services are intended to enhance—not replace—human interaction. While the Academy strives to provide accurate and timely information, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Participants remain responsible for exercising independent judgment and should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other matters requiring professional advice.

The Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-assisted services at any time without prior notice.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
