TMR Professional Mentorship Academy ("Academy," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and welcoming experience for all individuals, including people with disabilities.

We believe that quality education, mentorship, and professional development should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to continually improving the accessibility and usability of our website, online learning environment, digital resources, communications, and mentorship programs.

OUR COMMITMENT

The Academy strives to design, develop, and maintain its digital services in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which are internationally recognized standards for digital accessibility.

These guidelines are intended to improve accessibility for individuals with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities while enhancing usability for all users.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website, participant portal, and digital content to identify opportunities for improvement and address accessibility barriers as they are identified.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Accessibility improvements may include updates resulting from:

  • User feedback

  • Technology enhancements

  • Platform improvements

  • Changes to recognized accessibility standards

  • Periodic internal reviews

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The Academy utilizes third-party platforms and technology providers to support educational delivery and business operations.

These may include:

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms

  • Appointment scheduling systems

  • Payment processors

  • Video conferencing platforms

  • Embedded media providers

  • Email and messaging services

  • AI-assisted communication tools

  • Cloud storage services

Although we encourage our technology providers to support recognized accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of systems that are outside our direct control.

If you experience difficulty using a third-party platform associated with the Academy, please contact us so we can assist you and, where appropriate, notify the service provider.

VIDEO, AUDIO & COURSE CONTENT

Accessibility features may include:

  • Closed captions for recorded instructional videos, when available

  • Written transcripts upon reasonable request

  • Alternative document formats when feasible

  • Accessible digital downloads

  • Supplemental instructional materials

Some legacy content or third-party materials may not yet include every accessibility feature. When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS

The Academy is committed to providing qualified participants with reasonable accommodations to promote equal access to mentorship programs, educational resources, live coaching sessions, assessments, and related Academy services.

Reasonable accommodations may include, when appropriate and feasible:

  • Extended time for quizzes, assessments, or assignments

  • Alternative document formats (such as accessible PDF or Microsoft Word)

  • Closed captions or transcripts for instructional content, when available

  • Assistance accessing course materials or digital resources

  • Modifications to participation methods during live coaching sessions or Mentorship Labs

  • Other reasonable accommodations determined on an individualized basis

Accommodation requests are evaluated individually based upon:

  • The participant's stated needs

  • The nature of the requested accommodation

  • The essential requirements of the program

  • Applicable legal obligations

Participants are encouraged to request accommodations as early as possible—preferably before the beginning of their program—to allow sufficient time for review and implementation.

The Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate accommodations. However, accommodations cannot be guaranteed when they would:

  • Fundamentally alter the essential nature or learning objectives of a program;

  • Create an undue financial or administrative burden; or

  • Require modifications that are not reasonably achievable under applicable law.

REQUESTING AN ACCOMMODATION

To request an accommodation or report an accessibility concern, please contact the Academy.

Email: [email protected]

Subject Line: Accessibility Request

To assist us in responding promptly, please include, when possible:

  • The webpage, lesson, or resource involved

  • A description of the accessibility issue

  • Any assistive technology being used (if applicable)

  • The accommodation or alternative format requested

The Academy will acknowledge accommodation requests promptly and aims to provide an initial response within two (2) business days. Resolution time may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY COMPATIBILITY

The Academy strives to ensure compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies and modern web browsers.

Because compatibility may vary depending on browser versions, operating systems, devices, and assistive technologies, users may experience differences in functionality.

We continually work to improve compatibility whenever reasonably practicable.

FEEDBACK

We welcome feedback regarding the accessibility of our website, participant portal, digital resources, and mentorship programs.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, we encourage you to contact us.

Your feedback helps us continually improve accessibility for all current and future participants.

POLICY UPDATES

The Academy may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect:

  • Improvements to our website or technology;

  • Changes in accessibility standards;

  • New educational platforms or services;

  • Legal or regulatory developments; or

  • Other operational improvements.

The most current version will always be available on the Academy's website.
