PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy ("Policy") applies to all mentorship programs, courses, coaching services, digital products, memberships, workshops, and related services offered by TMR Professional Mentorship Academy ("Academy"). By enrolling in any Academy program, purchasing any product or service, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

Notary & Loan Signing Agent Mentorship Program

8-Week Launch Support Package

Investment: $497 – $797

Designed for participants who need structured guidance after completing their training.

This package includes:

Notary business setup review
Loan Signing Agent readiness assessment
Signing platform registration assistance
Profile optimization
Basic marketing guidance
Initial client outreach strategies
Weekly accountability and implementation support

12-Week Business Builder Package (Recommended)

Investment: $997 – $1,497

Ideal for participants seeking additional implementation support as they build a sustainable signing business.

Includes everything in the Launch Support Package, plus:

Weekly action planning
Signing service outreach strategies
Local networking and relationship-building
Document workflow education
Pricing and service menu review
CRM and follow-up system guidance
Mock signing practice and coaching

16-Week Mentorship Success Intensive

Investment: $1,797 – $2,497+

Designed for participants seeking premium mentoring and long-term business growth.

Includes everything in the Business Builder Package, plus:

Advanced client acquisition strategies
Title company outreach planning
Attorney and escrow relationship development
Business operations review
Pipeline development
Script coaching
Long-term business planning and accountability

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

The Academy accepts secure online payments through approved third-party payment processors.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Other payment methods displayed during checkout

All payment information is processed using secure encryption by our payment processor. The Academy does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment in full, or the first installment of an approved payment plan, is due at the time of enrollment.
Installment payments will be automatically charged according to the payment schedule selected during checkout.
Participants are responsible for maintaining valid payment information throughout the duration of their payment plan.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, the Academy may temporarily suspend access to the participant portal, coaching sessions, digital resources, and program materials until the account is brought current.
Participants will be notified of failed payment attempts and provided an opportunity to update their payment method before access is suspended.

PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT

Participants who enroll using an approved payment plan remain financially responsible for the full tuition of the selected mentorship program.

A payment plan is offered solely as a financing convenience and does not constitute a month-to-month subscription.

If a scheduled payment is declined, returned, disputed, or otherwise remains unpaid beyond any applicable grace period, the Academy reserves the right to:

Suspend access to all program materials and online resources.
Cancel future coaching sessions or mentorship appointments.
Suspend participation in live Mentorship Labs or community events.
Declare the remaining unpaid program balance immediately due and payable.
Refer the unpaid balance to a third-party collections agency or pursue any other lawful remedies available.

Participants who experience financial hardship are encouraged to contact the Academy before a payment becomes delinquent to discuss available options.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, educational, cohort-based, and time-sensitive nature of our mentorship programs, all sales are final once access to any portion of the program has been provided.

Accordingly:

No refunds will be issued after access to course materials, digital resources, coaching sessions, or the participant portal has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Failure to participate, complete assignments, attend coaching sessions, or utilize Academy resources does not entitle a participant to a refund.
Participants remain responsible for the full tuition of their selected program, including any remaining installment payments, unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved in writing by the Academy.

ENROLLMENT DEFERRALS

Participants who are unable to begin their mentorship program as scheduled may request a one-time enrollment deferral.

Deferral requests:

Must be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days before the scheduled program start date.
Are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are subject to program availability and Academy approval.
Are not guaranteed.

PRICE CHANGES

Program tuition, fees, payment plans, promotional pricing, and program offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Price changes apply only to future enrollments and do not affect participants who have already enrolled, completed payment, or entered into an approved payment plan.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

The Academy may periodically offer promotional pricing, scholarships, discounts, referral incentives, or limited-time enrollment offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Discounts are non-transferable.
Promotions have no cash value.
Promotional pricing expires at the conclusion of the advertised offer period.
Previously enrolled participants are not entitled to retroactive discounts or price adjustments.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact the Academy before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

The Academy is committed to resolving billing concerns promptly, professionally, and in good faith.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with the Academy may result in:

Immediate suspension of program access.
Termination of enrollment.
Acceleration of any remaining unpaid balance.
Referral of the account to a collections agency where permitted by law.
Recovery of reasonable administrative, collection, court, and attorneys' fees where permitted by applicable law.

COLLECTIONS

If an account becomes delinquent and remains unpaid after reasonable collection efforts, the Academy reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies available to recover unpaid tuition and associated costs.

Where permitted by applicable law, participants may be responsible for reasonable collection expenses, court costs, administrative fees, and attorneys' fees incurred in the collection of outstanding balances.

TAXES

Participants are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other governmental taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process when required.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

By submitting payment electronically, you authorize the Academy and its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all tuition, fees, installment payments, and any other authorized charges associated with your enrollment.

You further acknowledge that electronic payment confirmations and receipts satisfy any legal requirement that such records be provided in writing, where permitted by applicable law.
